Physical Therapy Evaluations

A Physical Therapy Evaluation is the first step in creating a personalized treatment plan to improve movement, strength, and function. During the evaluation, a licensed physical therapist assesses mobility, posture, balance, coordination, and pain to identify the root cause of physical challenges. This thorough, one-on-one session helps set clear goals and guide effective, evidence-based therapy for children and adults.

Physical Therapy Ongoing Treatment

Ongoing Physical Therapy Treatment builds on your evaluation with personalized sessions focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and function. Guided by a licensed physical therapist, each visit targets your specific goals using evidence-based exercises and hands-on techniques. Consistent therapy helps reduce pain, enhance independence, and support long-term recovery or developmental progress.

Social Groups & Group Classes

Physical Therapy Screening

Physical Therapy Screenings are brief, targeted assessments used to identify potential concerns with strength, balance, mobility, or motor development. Conducted by a licensed physical therapist, these screenings help determine if further evaluation or therapy is recommended. Ideal for children and adults, PT screenings support early detection and proactive care to prevent injury and promote functional independence.

$30 - will be applied towards evaluation or service if scheduled

Physical Therapy Social Groups & Group Classes combine movement, social interaction, and therapeutic exercises in a fun, supportive setting. Led by licensed physical therapists, these small-group sessions help children and adults improve strength, coordination, balance, and confidence — while building friendships and communication skills. Group therapy fosters motivation, peer engagement, and lasting progress in a collaborative environment.
